Bunker Hill Capital, L.P. announced today the formal launching of its Executive Network with a kickoff meeting recently held at the The Ritz-Carlton, Boston. The Executive Network is comprised of senior executives who have had long term relationships with the principals of Bunker Hill Capital and who will be active in various aspects of the firm's business including deal origination, due diligence, and board representation.

According to Mark H. DeBlois, a Managing Partner at Bunker Hill Capital, "We are excited to have such a talented cadre of executives with strong industry experience to support our investment strategy. Our goal is to broaden the scope of this group and, ultimately, grow the overall network from approximately 25 executives today to more than 50 executives within the next two years."

The principals of Bunker Hill Capital work with members of their Executive Network to leverage the executives' industry knowledge and relationships to both evaluate investments and create value in portfolio companies. The principals meet quarterly with a subset of these executives, known as the Executive Council, to review investment strategy and prospective investment opportunities.

In addition, Bunker Hill Capital will hold an annual CEO Summit each fall which will bring together all members of the Executive Network along with financial intermediaries and limited partners of the fund to exchange ideas and hear presentations from industry experts.
