BUNKER HILL CAPITAL PARTNERS WITH SENIOR INDUSTRY CONSULTANT TO PROVIDE SECURITY INDUSTRY FOCUS

Boston, MA - (April 21, 2010) - Bunker Hill Capital is pleased
to announce that it has partnered with Martin Pellicano to assist in
the identification and acquisition of companies in the security
industry. This relationship provides Bunker Hill Capital with a
seasoned private equity investor who has extensive security industry
knowledge and relationships, which complements the firm’s other core
sourcing relationships.
Prior to partnering with Bunker Hill
Capital, Mr. Pellicano was a Managing Director at Barington Capital
Group where he headed private equity investment activities with a focus
on the security industry. His previous experience includes ten years as
a Managing Director in the principal activities group of Bear Stearns
& Co. and five years as General Partner of Full Circle Investments, a
private equity fund. His relevant experience also includes working in
Burnham Securities merchant banking group and General Electric Capital’s
Acquisition Funding Corp. Mr. Pellicano stated, “I am excited to join
