Brian E. Kinsman is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Bunker Hill Capital. Brian has over 24 years of experience working as a principal with middle market companies. He is active working with portfolio companies in the role of lead investor and has extensive board-level experience. Brian currently sits on the board of directors of Bunker Hill Capital portfolio company California Family Fitness and sat on the board of directors of Specialty Coating Systems prior to its sale. Previously, Brian was the founding partner of Kinsman Capital, a San Diego, CA-based private equity firm. Prior to founding Kinsman Capital, Brian was a Senior Managing Director at Pacific Corporate Group, a principal of Charterhouse Group International, a founding partner of Milley & Company, and an integral member of Dyson-Kissner-Moran Corporation's acquisition team. Brian's private equity experience also encompasses several years as a day-to-day operating executive. A Certified Public Accountant, Brian holds a B.A. from Yale University and a M.S. from New York University.

Jason H. Hurd is a co-founder and Partner of Bunker Hill Capital. Jason has over 14 years of experience working as a principal with middle market companies. Timothy N. Sheehy is a Principal of Bunker Hill Capital. Tim has over nine years of experience working as a principal with middle market companies. Previously, Tim was a Vice President at BancBoston Capital where he focused on investing in middle market companies in a broad range of industries. He also worked as a financial analyst in the investment banking group of Robert W. Baird & Co. Tim holds an A.B. from the University of Chicago and a M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Max McEwen is a Senior Associate of Bunker Hill Capital. Max has over four years of experience working with middle market companies. Previously, Max was an Associate at Banc of America Securities where he focused on mergers and acquisitions in a variety of industries. He also worked as a financial analyst in mergers and acquisitions and ratings advisory. Max holds a B.S. from North Carolina State University.

Nicole R. Gain is an Associate of Bunker Hill Capital. Nicole has two years of experience working with middle market companies. Previously, Nicole was a Financial Analyst at NewStar Financial where she focused on middle market leveraged lending in a variety of industries. Nicole graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. from the Boston University School of Management.
